Setter Haus is a great property with all the comforts of home in a quiet setting. The deck is a great place to relax with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Setter Haus

Our stay is always wonderful. We have stayed in 3 of these properties and every one has been great. Very clean and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It is obvious the properties are well maintained. Being dog friendly homes, you can not tell. There is no animal hair or smell of pets. Communication has always been great as well.

Great stay in Villa Ridge!

Loved the Setter Haus, thank you for having us! It was cozy, clean, and the doggie decore was delightful. Close enough to civilization and all the amenities but removed enough to feel like a little getaway, exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Villa Ridge.

The hosts are very receptive and repaired a lighting issue within 24 hours of our arrival! We hope to return to Setter Haus for future Cardigan Welsh Corgi Nationals!

Best home away from home!!!

Setter House is the best ā€œHome away from Homeā€! Absolutely love coming back to this home! The owners Tyann and Nat and property manager Nick are the BEST HOSTS around! They definitely know how to make you feel at home! I highly recommend this home if youā€™re heading to Purina Farms or just visiting Gray Summitt!

We had a lovely stay at Setter House while attending the USASA Australian Shepherd national agility competition. The dogs were very comfortable in the house and it had everything we needed for a long weekend away from home.

Great for a family getaway

Super cute and spacious home. The favorite spot for our group was definitely the side porch. The area is clean and feels very safe. My only complaint, and I wouldnā€™t even call it a complaint really, was the cleanliness of the downstairs area was not great. The upper half of the house was fabulous. Decorated nicely and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Weekend Stay for Nearby Bridal Shower

We had a group of 6 in town for a bridal shower and Setter Haus was a good size for our needs. The patio was nice for an evening or morning chat. Great location near many vineyards for exploring. The property managers were proactive in communicating and also very responsive when we needed bedding for the sofa bed. Would stay here again. ā˜ŗļø

Nationals at Purina Farms

The property was as described! We were in the area for our National Dog Show at Purina Farms Event Center for a week. The location was perfect distance to Purina. There was ample green space to walk the dogs. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and will be staying again in the future!

Second Stay

This was our second stay at Setter Haus while participating in a dog show at Purina Farms. It was every bit as enjoyable as our first. The house is well maintained and spotless. Everything works as it should. It is evident the owners take pride in their property. They provide a lot of information about the home and the area prior to arrival. We will definitely stay at Setter Haus when we are in the area again.
