Welcome into an excellent Hot Springs Getaway!! This 2br/2b condo located in the desirable, gated neighborhood of Southshore is a great getaway on Lake Hamilton! With fast Wi-Fi, SMART tv, and a desirable porch with one-of-a-kind lake and mountain views, this condo is setup for a quick and easy vacation. Guests will have access to two pools, the lake, and a boat slip available upon request. Come enjoy Southshore G1; a beautiful condo with ease of access to all that Hot Springs offers!

The condo unit has two access points to the balcony, living room and from bedroom 1. Guests will have access to Southshore's amenities: pool, tennis court.

The property was affordable for our purpose, cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. It's beginning to show its age tho. Access stairs are in beginning stages of rot. Several spongy deck boards. Patio furniture needs better support for cushions. Fan on patio was non operational and shroud was busted. Overall the property met our needs

Nice condo but could use some updating/amenities

Beautiful area and condo very clean but could use some updating. Bathtub drain stopper would not close so could only take a shower. Kitchen table bench very wobbly. Back porch had cobwebs everywhere and cushions stained. If you sat on them very long, they were flat as a pancake. Fan hanging in wall on back porch all busted up. . No iron or DVD player in unit- some of life’s necessities. The unit was nice, it just needs some attention to detail.

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect get away. We went to enjoy time celebrating 33 years of marriage and we were not disappointed with the location or the apartment itself. Very clean and classy and yet homey. We would do this again in a heart beat.
