Welcome to the Penn State Unrivaled stay. We are located 15 minutes from the stadium on the West side of State College. Great night stay for 4 guests. Brand new kitchen, bedroom, couch, Sofa Queen Sleeper, bathroom. Basement of an existing home. Family will be staying upstairs while you stay.
