Clean, spacious lower level suite in a home located in a quiet neighborhood 4 miles from Penn State’s campus and near restaurants/stores on N Atherton. Multiple TVs and family games. Living room, kitchen with microwave/toaster but no stove. 2 queen beds with a full futon. Living room, sitting area, large bedroom. Private entrance and ample driveway and street parking. Space can fit 8 people with cots but the space is most ideal for 6 or less people.

This was an amazingly clean property with the host going above and beyond for hospitality. We all want to return next time we go to a PSU game! I have never stayed at a property that was this well maintained and thoughtfully appointed.

Enjoyed our stay. Nicole was a perfect host and made sure we had everything we needed and then some. She even provided rain ponchos for the untimely weather! Home was clean, comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend staying here.

Penn State Haven!

Loved loved loved this experience. It was so much more than what we expected. The decor, the spaciousness, the added little perks, snacks, cleanliness, the extra effort and details made this stay well worth the money. We will definitely be booking again when visiting Penn State.

Blue White weekend

A great property and great proximity to campus. The host, Nikki, was very communicative and welcoming and outstanding. A perfect place for six people, but it would be a bit cramped for eight. But overall such a great experience.
