The Pirate's Cove sits high on a bluff and offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Tomales Bay and Bodega Bay. Watch the deer roam the neighborhood and the hawks soar. This is the perfect house for large family gatherings. The kitchen and dining area are very expansive and can handle large parties. You can enjoy incredible sunsets from the kitchen or the dining room table. The sun room is a fantastic place to relax and read a book or bring out the board games and enjoy the views. This home has views of the ocean from the living room, kitchen, dining room, sun room and master bedroom. The back yard is fenced with a BBQ, patio area, picnic area and stainless steel sinks. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has something for everyone in the family. There is an abundance of wildlife at Dillon Beach. Just a 1 minute drive to the beach or a short walk down the hill.
The Dillon Beach general store is close for your shopping needs. The Dillon Beach Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you want to venture out you can travel to Pt. Reyes and get Oysters from the world famous oyster farmers in Marshall known as Hog Island Oyster Co. or Tomales Bay Oysters. Nick's Cove, is just a 5 minute drive from Dillon Beach and has been featured on Travel and in Sunset Magazine.

It was a wonderful day with all the amenities you could imagine. Views from every window. We walked to the beach. We drove to lawson‘s Landing and did some crabbing. It was wonderful.

Girls trip!!!

Been to this house before and they really did a nice job with the upgrade of furniture. The place is spacious with plenty stuff to cook with, sleep with and have a great game night. Definitely been ok’ing again in the summer time.

Perfect for a casual family holiday!

We were looking for a place where family members from central and Northern California could gather to celebrate the holidays - fro grandchildren to grandparents (us). The kids loved the solarium and the adults loved the open kitchen. All love the beach - a drive away. perfect for our visits!

Dillon Beach family getaway!

We had a wonderful time eating, playing board games, spending time at the beach with 70 degree weather, and a fun trip to Lawson’s Landing. Pirate’s Cove is the perfect place for a family gathering, our Golden Girl Alice had a fun time at the beach with some four legged, furry friends. Lots of laughs and good memories had. Great dog-friendly large home at Dillon Beach

With two full baths, 3 bedrooms, views of the ocean and a fully enclosed yard, this home is very comfortable for a large group with dogs. The beds are quite comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, gadgets, appliances, etc. We also used the BBQ in the yard; plenty of space there for corn hole! It is, however, necessary to drive down to the beach, as this home is at the top of the hill overlooking the ocean; beautiful views!

Comfortable home

Overall the property was very comfortable. One complaint is that the trash can was already halfway full when we arrived and did not have enough room for our trash. We would stay again. Enjoyed every minute.

Very roomy house, owner was quick to respond about unavailable hot tub. Was disappointed about no hot tub, and we couldn’t figure out getting Netflix on, but we weren’t going to let it bother our stay!

My family has vacationed at Dillon Beach for the last 45 years and we love it. My father loved the salmon and halibut fishing, my husband the golf, my son the beach and I love the relaxing atmosphere Dillon Beach provided.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home in Dillon Beach because we love the tranquility and peacefulness that we experience when we are there. There is an abundance of wildlife around to view from the house including deer that roam the neighborhood. You can relax when you want, but you are still close to the big city. You can take day trips to Napa Valley, Sonoma, and the Russian River. We are close to Petaluma, Bodega Bay, Marshall, Occidental, Sebastapol, Jenner, Point Reyes, Tomales Bay, Marin, Guerveville, and the Muir Woods.

What makes this property unique

Dillon Beach has a great beach that is still pet friendly. You can enjoy the miles of sandy beaches or explore the tide pools and rock cliffs. We are 60 miles north of San Francisco and 45 minutes from the Wine Country. There is great fishing, surfing, beach combing, boogie boarding, clamming, crabing, hiking, biking, whale watching and golfing available.
