Wundervoller Erholungsurlaub

Dieses Häuschen ist perfekt für 2Personen, due dem Touristenrummel 3ntkomm3n Wolken und völlig abseits allein sein wolle.Es ust alles so liebevoll eingerichtet, viele alte Gegenstände als Deko aber auch zum Benutzen, durch Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine mit Luxus ausgestattet...die Durche geräumig und sensationell mit integriertem Felsmassiv. Die Küch3nausstattung ist nicht luxuriös, aber völlig ausreichend, um jeden Tag selber zu kochen, eine kleine süße Sonnenterrasse über der Stadt Camaiore, ein Tisch mit 4 Stühle direkt vor der Küchentür.Es war einfach himmlisch!Die Vermieterin ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend, hilft auch beim Gepäcktransport, da das Auto 240m abseits stehen bleiben muss und das Häuschen nur zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.Wir kommen gerne wieder,

Rustico accogliente in posizione incantevole

La casa di Paola, Simone e Orlando vi sorprenderà: si trova a mezza costa, in posizione soleggiata, immersa in un uliveto. Si raggiunge a piedi tramite breve passeggiata e, pur non essendo particolarmente isolata, di notte è frequentata da istrici, cinghiali, volpi. L'ingresso è a gradoni, piacevolmente ombreggiato da un vecchio olivo, e la vista sull'abitato di Camaiore e, in lontananza, sul mare, è semplicemente incantevole. L'interno è rustico e accogliente. Consigliatissima se amate il contatto con la natura, il relax, le passeggiate (la casa si trova sul sentiero che collega Camaiore con Sant'Anna di Stazzema); la casa si è rivelata anche un'ottima base per andare al mare (più o meno 20' per raggiungere il Lido di Camaiore) o visitare le città d'arte (nei dintorni, Pietrasanta e Lucca). Paola è un'ottima padrona di casa, disponibile e prodiga di "dritte" su luoghi da visitare/ ristoranti/ attività da fare: i suoi consigli ci sono stati davvero di grande aiuto.

Eher nur im Sommer geeignet

Eigentlich schreibe ich ungern Bewertungen, aber diesmal muss ich doch dem romantischen Eindruck, den das Haus vermittelt, etwas entgegenhalten. Leider mussten wir den Urlaub im Rustico nach einer Übernachtung abbrechen. Wir hatten in der ersten Aprilwoche gebucht, die zugegebenermaßen kühl und regnerisch war. Das Haus war klamm und kalt wie eine Kirche und wurde nicht richtig warm, da die Heizlüfter an der Decke in der Küche und im obersten Stock das Haus nicht richtig warm bekommen haben. Nachdem die Außentemperatur nur bei 15 Grad lag, war es drinnen nicht wärmer, denn das Haus ist an den Türen etc. nicht abgedichtet und die offenen steilen Treppen lassen jegliche Wärme sofort nach oben entweichen. Der Kamin ist zwar optisch eine Zierde, will man aber bei Regen keine Räucherkammer im Haus haben, lässt man ihn lieber aus. Wenn man das Haus um die Jahreszeit bucht, sollte man sich eher auf eine Berghütte einstellen, nur dass diese meistens einen ordentlichen Ofen haben, der die Stube warm macht. Das Bad, das man auf den Bildern nicht sieht (!), besteht aus einem Mini-Waschbecken wie in Gäste wc’s üblich, und liegt unter der Treppe. WC und Dusche sind auf einem 2x2 m engen Raum untergebracht, der nicht heizbar ist. Es gibt keine Duschkabine oder wenigstens einen Vorhang. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Landschaft ist schön, man blickt jedoch auch direkt auf die unterhalb gelegene Stadt Camaiore, deren Stadtgeräusche zu hören sind. Das Haus liegt nicht wie die Fotos glauben machen könnten „in the middle of nowhere“. Fazit: romantischer Hüttencharakter und nur in warmen Sommermonaten zu empfehlen. Thomas

Sie haben angeblich den falschen Ziel fuer Ihren Urlaub gewaehtl. Wir haben nur 5 Sterne Bewertungen immer bekommen (aus Kunden von anderen Veranstaltern), und alles Gaeste sind immer super froh. Das Haus ist super gepflegt und es gibt ein gutes Heizungsytem. Viele von unseren Gaesten kommen gern auch in die Nachsaison (Maerz April und Oktober)
