Ludovico was an excellent host, taking us on a short tour of the area, making us very welcome, and he left us a cake too! The house was very spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was a short walk from the centre and the beach, with local shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Viareggio

We spent fantastic 6 days in Villa Raggio di Luna. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and cosy. The owners are very friendly and helpful - before and during the holidays they provided us comprehensive information on all topics (what to see, how to get to popular destinations etc.). I recommend this property to everyone!

Fantastic Accommodation

The location was easy to find and the house exceeded our expectations. The owner of the house made sure from the beginning that everything was taken care of and made us feel very welcome at our arrival. The house itself was very clean, welcoming, comfortable and provided us with a lot of space. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner on the patio every day. Thanks to Ludovico and his family for a wonderful holiday accommodation.

We had the pleasure to receive Gaby, Renate and Brigitte in our house. They took care of the house and when they started the villa was in order and clean as when they arrived. We hope to receive them again and we recommend Gaby and her sisters.

Our host was amazing!!!! The house is beautiful and well equipped. My husband worked remote the entire time with no issues. Location is fabulous and we walked everywhere. 5 weeks went by so quickly and I didn’t want to leave this house. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Great stay at Raggio di Luna

We had a great family holiday with our 3 kids in the villa Raggio di Luna. Ludovico is a very nice host. The communication before the arrival was perfect. He also helped us with many valuable recommendations in and around Viarreggio. The house is really nice and everything was perfectly prepared. It is a 15min walk to the beach and also to the city centre. We can definately recommend this location.

Enjoyable holiday

We had a lovely cycling holiday in Viareggio in the last 2 weeks of September 2023. We had a lovely welcome from Ludovico and Marie, who showed us everything we needed to know about the house. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. Anna’s cafe is just around the corner and we went for pastries and coffee most days. We were cycling in the area and had plenty space to store our bikes in the house. The area has a perfect cycle track system and we were able to explore a lot of the area. We also used the train to go into Pisa one day and to take us back to the airport. Ludovico brought us clean bedding after our first week and a gorgeous homemade cake which was very welcome. We felt very supported and looked after. Thank you.

Un séjour de rêve .... un accueil parfait Ludovico est très sympatique et d'une gentillesse rare de nos jours, de plus il nous a donné de bonnes adresses pour la vie pratique et la restauration , nous avons aussi discuté de l'histoire de la ville et la région ce qui fut très interessant.La location était très propre, vaste avec son charme d'ancienne construction et ses hauts plafonds on s'y sens comme chez soi tout de suite . le confort est optimal . Idéalement située très proche d'une immense forêt ou il fait très bon se promener par grande chaleur et une plage gratuite pas loin en passant par la forêt. en résumé un hôte idéal, une maison idéale ou nous avons passé les meilleures vacances d'été depuis longtemps. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit. Encore un GRAND MERCI à Ludovico .

Wir waren 14 Tage zu Gast in dem Haus von Ludovico und Maria. Schon vor dem Check in war die Kommunikation mit Ludovico ausgesprochen gut. Man merkt das er unglaublich gerne Vermieter ist und er unbedingt möchte das seine Gäste den Aufenthalt genießen. Er war während des Aufenthalt ständig erreichbar und antwortete umgehend auf Fragen und gab Tips zu Unternehmungen und Restaurants. Er kümmert sich auf Wunsch sogar um die Tischreservierung. Während unseres Aufenthalt überraschte er uns mit einem selbstgebackenen Apfelkuchen. Check in und Check out verlief reibungslos. Im Haus fehlte es uns an nichts. Wir waren zu 5, mit 3 Kindern. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf war ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, authentisch eingerichtet und alles war in einem guten und gepflegten Zustand. Nach dem Strandbesuch war es besonders toll insgesamt 3 Duschen zur Verfügung zu haben. Die Terrasse war ausreichend groß und eine Grillmöglichkeit gab es auch. Alles in allem war es eine tolle Zeit in der wir uns sehr willkommen fühlten. Ludovico und Maria sind tolle Vermieter! Danke nochmal euch beiden!

This is a large 4 bedroom house. Plenty of space and excellent facilities including outdoor laundry room. The terrace gets the sun all day. While there is air conditioning in all the bedrooms there is none downstairs. The house was therefore very warm while we were there in July both at night and during the day. The host was very attentive, kind and helpful and provided an early checkin time. There is a bakery and cafe within a five minute walk and some good local restaurants about 20mins walk.

Die Gastgeber haben uns von Beginn perfekt geholfen bei der Anreise und beim Check-In. Ludovico hat mich sogar am ersten Abend ein Stück durch Viareggio gefahren um mir alles Wichtige zu zeigen. Auch ansonsten waren sie stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend - die perfekten Gastgeber :-) In der Haushälfte und im Außenbereich ist alles wie beschrieben und es fehlte uns an nichts. In allen 4 Schlafzimmern ist eine Klima-Anlage (gegen Extra-Zahlung, aber genaue Abrechnung je nach Nutzung, was wir total angemessen und fair finden). Sonst ist alles inklusive.Die Lage in einer normalen Wohngegend abseits vom Touri-Zentrum finden wir auch sehr gut - man kann zum Strand laufen (ca. 1,3km); wir sind aber immer gefahren, weil wir immer einiges dabei hatten. Und abends ist man auch zu Fuß in 15-20min im Restaurantviertel.Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut super! Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Stadtvilla ist sehr schön und bietet viel Platz. Ludovico hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer hilfsbereit und hat sich stets gekümmert. Maria hat uns sogar einen sehr leckeren Kuchen und für die Rückfahrt noch leckeres Focaccia gebacken Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist super gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen sind für heiße Nächte genial und ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Auch die Fliegengitter und die Fensterläden sind werten das Haus auf. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus liegt in Meeresnähe und Stadtnähe. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze findet man immer direkt vor dem Haus. Leider ist die Straße abends und nachts recht gut befahren, sodass man es deutlich hört im Schlafzimmer .Absolut hervorzuheben sind die sehr netten Vermieter. Ihr macht den Aufenthalt und Urlaub perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür.

Nice House With super hosts

Das ist ein tolles Haus inkl. Moskitogittern im 1. Stock. Es liegt an einer kleinen Straße, die aber doch befahren ist. Wen die Motorroller nachts stören, muss bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und kümmern sich gut. Das Haus ist sauber und nett eingerichtet.

14 Tage Aufenthalt August 2024

Wir hatten das Haus 14 Tage im August 2024 gemietet. Zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind (10 Jahre). Das Haus war sauber und hatte alles, was wir für den Urlaub benötigt haben. Viel Platz, gemütliche Betten und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Mit dem Vermieter lief die Kommunikation sehr nett. Wenn wir fragen hatten, wurde diese sehr schnell beantwortet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und einen Parkplatz haben wir immer in der Nähe gefunden.

Un posto favoloso

Il posto è veramente da favola. Completo di tutto (tra accessori e prodotti) ha pure un giardino favoloso (con veranda vetrata) ed una lavanderia con bagno esterna alla casa (nel giardino). Host SUPER accogliente, premuroso, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Tornerò tutte le volte che sarò in zona.

Besser geht nicht!

Die Villa ist wunderschön, sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und perfekt für fünf Personen geeignet. Ludovico, der Vermieter, ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation vor, während und selbst nach dem Urlaub war sehr nett und vor allem auch bei Fragen unkompliziert und sehr schnell. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und in der Villa und Viareggio allgemein sehr, sehr wohl.

Wohlfühl Haus

Wir haben herrliche 11 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Kontaktaufnahme sowie das Einchecken und die Betreuung durch Ludovico war ausgesprochen nett, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir haben eine ausgiebige Einweisung und sehr viele nützliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen. Für Fragen stand Ludovico jederzeit zur Verfügung, was wir aber nicht in Anspruch nehmen mussten. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles Ludovico.
