House was clean though the kitchen countertop by the sink needs to be replaced. The gate going to the BBQ needs to be fixed....it is almost falling off & creates a safety issue.Views are fantastic

Perfect!!!! Comfortable peaceful and WOW THE VIEWS!!!!!! I only wish I booked this for longer.Only critique is the 10am checkout was too early. For the cost, 12pm would be more realistic.

This place was the perfect peace and quiet that I had been needing. Everything was as described online and the process was seamless from start to finish. The added optional amenities were the perfect addition to my weekend of retreat. The sound of the waves and the view from the wrap around back porch were amazing. Increased by the deer that visited often. Would absolutely stay here again!!My only suggestion would be to have a slider on the back door so that guests can leave the door open to hear the waves from the kitchen and living room area without letting flies in.Also bedroom slider screen could use an adjustment to fix the gap that I believe let some of those flies in as well.

Dillon Beach and wine country

Breaking Waves was a cozy open floor plan with huge windows to enjoy the beautiful Tomales Bay, Point Reyes area, and Bodega Bay. Convenient to a lot of activities and Napa / Sonoma wine country. Highly recommended.

Oasis Retreat

Truly and idyllic getaway, perfect for relaxing with views and a short walk to the beach and local cafe and market. Would recommend this to family and friends, and would go again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You will not beat this property's location. Clean and well stocked, they provide everything you may need. It's our second time staying here, and we will be back. We use it as a base for sightseeing from Bodega Bay to Point Reyes. Just wish we had a longer vacation.
