Clean, quiet and comfortable space. The fenced in outdoor area was relaxing. Plenty of amenities inside for a comfortable stay. The location was great with plenty of sidewalks for neighborhood walks, short drive to nature trails, shopping and the university.

It’s a very simple house that’s not overdone yet has everything we needed. The location was a quick drive to downtown Fayetteville and to the University of Arkansas. We enjoyed a late night of playing mini ping pong in the garage.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m so glad the home was very clean and that the master bed was comfortable. I’m truly sorry that the hot water, bathroom outlet, water pressure, couch comfort, and outdoor seating area did not meet expectations. We are checking these items right away and will make sure the outdoor space is cleaned and guest-ready. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can continue improving for future guests.
