Luxurious and peaceful

Remodeled home in a very quiet neighborhood centrally-located.

Great for a girls trip/ friends trip / couples weekend getaway, There are 3 separate bedrooms so everyone can spread out. This house is perfect if you are in town for work and need a central location in Topeka. Relax in the living area or sit outside on the front or back porch. You can set up a computer and work from the kitchen table, or the barstools at the counter or perhaps on the coffee table in the living room. Lots of windows allow you to see outside and enjoy looking at the yard or the squirrels darting around. Perhaps you will see a raccoon or a fox!

Each bedroom has been updated with a custom closet and dresser where you can unpack and have easy access to your items. All bedrooms feature a king sized bed with soft linens and plenty of pillows along with a smart TV mounted on the wall.

Enjoy a well stocked kitchen and pantry. Sit on the front covered porch or enjoy the fenced in back yard deck with a gas BBQ grill anytime of day!

We had a great time! Location is perfect , great neighborhood just like our first time staying there two years ago. Made us feel like home! You have a fabulous home. Would love to stay here again in the future. I slept better last night with your great bed. All the little things you had stocked was unbelievable. Great backyard. The host Deb was very responsive and helpful with check-in. The house was clean when we arrived. There were also fresh baked cookies for us. We were in town for a wedding and needed an early check in for changing prior to our event, the host was very accommodating. ***One thing for the host to check out is a possible clogged plumbing vent as there is noise in the kitchen sink after flushing the downstairs toilet.

Topeka breath of fresh air

Deb was an absolute amazing host. It was the sweetest to walk into fresh flowers and cookies. The home was decorated in such a fashion it reminded me of a homes and garden house. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us to have our own space. The dogs loved the backyard. Plenty of room for them to stretch and explore.We definitely hope to visit this location again in the near future.Thanks again Deb!

Blizzard Bash Derby

This property was perfect, close to our venue and all the amenities you could ask for. The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in a vrbo, very clean and plenty of room for all 6 of us. The host were amazing, fresh baked cookies upon arrival and excellent communication. Will definitely book again!

Volleyball tournament

This property was great! Roomy and clean and had all the extras in case you forgot something. We needed to be in Lawrence, KS for a volleyball tournament but all the hotels were booked. This was a much better option for us. It was a short drive to Lawrence and this was much better than a hotel.

Wonderful Stay!

This home was quaint, very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend with family. It was tastefully decorated and quiet. Our family loved the front porch and back deck. We drank coffee together and enjoyed the serene atmosphere. Our host was very responsive. I’d stay there again.

Super clean, wonderful communication, chocolate chip cookies left for us, and access to the snack pantry and waters … such a welcome gem of a place at the start of our cross country journey. Clean and quiet!

The place was clean and comfortable! The flowers and cookies were above and beyond! Thank you! Neighborhood was quiet and the back yard was peaceful. We enjoyed a game of “Logo” around the coffee table one of our evenings. I’d definitely stay again if there’s another opportunity to visit Topeka!
