I had a wonderful stay, the house is clean, cozy, and perfect for a little getaway. The host is easy to communicate with, and the check in/out process is very simple!! I have booked this place twice now and enjoyed my stay both times!

The house is totally adorable. Just the right size for a couple with dogs. The yard is big. The house is well stocked and furnished. The location is convenient not only to Washburn but most of Topeka. I love the hardwood floors.

Super cute and comfortable property! Everything we needed. Host Alex was great! Easy to reach and also had recommendations for must see areas. Wonderful that our lil pup was welcome too. Very quiet neighborhood as well. Thank you!

This was such a good find! Quiet neighborhood close to everything and the house was very clean and cozy. Alex was quick to respond and made sure we were happy with the home. We slept well and had nice spaces to hang out in before and after our busy day. We ate out and really only made coffee, but the kitchen does seem to have everything needed. There's a cute side seating area and spacious back yard. The only complaint was the front step- it is a bit steep of a step with no handrail. I saw another review and thought that's no big deal, but after achilles tendon surgery, my body says differently. I still give it 5 stars because that's a me problem, just be aware.

A cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath, so tastefully decorated, with some really cool unique space saving ideas. Beautiful slatted wood floors. Fenced in backyard if you do have a pet. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Really loved the property.
