This place was perfect. Clean (and I have high standards), furnished beautifully, well appointed with lots of cooking supplies and located close to a cute downtown. There was plenty of free parking and the laundry was also well-maintained. Our balcony overlooked the marina with seafood restaurants within walking distance. There was not one thing that did not work. Warning...the bed was so comfortable that you might sleep all day. We hope to come back here again for our next stay. I highly recommend this place.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and I returned because the host was very responsive, the location is perfect and the condo is comfy. It is perfect for a visit to see my son at FIT. Close to downtown, can walk along the river and see manatees or over the bridge to Melbourne Beach.

The location was great. The owner of the property visited and he was terrific.Two items to correct.1. Could not use the air because it leaked all over the floor when turned on2. The pool was under repair.

Great weekend getaway location! This sweet little condo is within walking distance of a local favorite restaurant right in the cove - Ichabod's. We ate there three times in one week! We were also able to walk to the park and over Strawbridge bridge to get some sunshine and seabreeze. The condo had all the basics you could need for a week including a slow cooker to set meals for later on - thank you! Have your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the local crew team gently rowing in the cove. Beautiful weekend. We would definitely come back. Thank you so much!

This is one of the best locations to enjoy downtown melbourne. It’s nice to be able to walk to the marina and to restaurants, bars etc. The apartment has everything for a nice stay. The noise level is high because you’re right next to a major street and the railway. But with the windows closed and earplugs, it was fine. I did note for the manager that the white noise machine had no cord so was not useful plus the bed was hard and the pillows flat. Nevertheless, I’d stay there again.
