This home is convenient to downtown Mount Airy and also drivable to Elkin and Pilot Mountain.There are many shops, restaurants and trails in the area. We enjoyed our visit to Angry Troll Brewing and found a restaurant in Pilot Mountain, Two Chefs, that has an exceptional breakfast.

We were vendors at the Autumn Leaves festival. The home was close by. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the house but enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The master bed is also wonderfully comfortable.

Mayberry vacation

Beautiful home. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Same price as a motel room, but much more comfortable and come and go as you please. Highly recommend this place.

Why they chose this property

I love Mayberry. The people in this town are so nice! I love walking the 0.6 miles to downtown and visiting with folks. Downtown is very historic, one block over from downtown is Market Street more modern with pubs and restaurants. The home being so close to downtown is a major advantage!

0.3 miles to key historic locations such as the Mayberry Courthouse & Jail and Wally Service Station, 0.5 miles to downtown Mayberry. This home allows lots of privacy with as much or little interaction with folks downtown as you would like.
