Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation thanks to its location set back from the street which is in a cosmopolitan and popular area.
Apartment of 32 m2 completely renovated and close to all amenities (restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, cinema).

The Stalingrad metro station is less than 5 minutes away on foot (3 lines available), so it will be easy for you to discover Paris or go to the Parc des Expositions or the Stade de France.
The quays are a few minutes' walk away and offer you a walk.

For the bed, you get a 140 cm bed in the bedroom and a 140 cm sofa bed. In the case of a stay of two people, if you wish to use the bed, you will be asked to pay an additional fee of 20 euros.

Great, clean apartment. We got to visit parts of Paris off the typical tourist track which was great - some real gems. Surrounded by some lovely restaurants within close walking distance. Used as a base for working which, with the excellent WiFi, worked perfectly.

Beautiful, cosy space close to Stalingrad station. Loved the hustle and bustle of the local area and convenient for hoping on the metro to see the sights. The host had excellent communication and did everything to make our stay comfortable and easy.

We loved our cozy stay here! 5 min walk to the metro, 10 minute walk in any direction to delicious bakeries, restuarants, and cute shops. There was a petting farm across the street - my kids are older so we didn't go but it would be fun for littles. Apartment is modern, clean, and well-appointed. Your host is just a call or text away and speaks English too, in case you don't speak French (like me).

Gated apartment close to the Metro station 10/10

Eugenie was a wonderful hostess. The apt was well located and so close to the M2 and M7 stations. Neighbors were friendly and so many amenities just foot steps away. We were able to get to anywhere in Paris within 30 mins. There is no central AC as is most common with Parisienne apts but there is Fannie the oscillating fan that creates more than enough air flow even in this current heatwave. 10/10 recommend. I will absolutely book this apt again in the future. Merci!!!

Das Apartment von Eugénie ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Z. B. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen usw. Die Kommunikation war super. Eugénie war immer erreichbar und hat gute Tipps gegeben. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt.

Die Wohnung war klein aber sehr fein, in einem ruhigen Hinterhof, unweit von der Metro. Für so einen kleinen Raum wurde viel reingepackt, sodass die Aufenthalt bequem war. Gleichzeitig war die Wohnung luftig und hell. Die Kommunikation war auch super.
