Enjoy its unique location located 8 km from Lassay les châteaux, a small town of character elected 3rd favourite village of the French in 2023 and only 8 km from Bagnoles de l'Orne, a world-famous spa resort and its casino as well as its many restaurants with a view of its magnificent lake. You will be in the heart of the countryside surrounded by fields and hiking trails with all amenities nearby; Mini-market, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, newsagent just 5 minutes away by car and a large supermarket 10 minutes away by car. The Gîte des champs étoiles is completely renovated and offers accommodation with a garden and a terrace. This house comprises upstairs 1 master suite with its own bathroom including a whirlpool bath, a cosy living room equipped with a sofa bed and on the ground floor, 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 dining room with a
wood stove fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen are provided. The cottage has an outdoor dining area. You will benefit from a free Wi-Fi connection and a large free private parking. You can also feed our 2 goats located on the land just in front of the cottage.
