Our House, called “la Californienne” because of its large bay windows overlooking the sea in the distance, it is on one level of 170 m2 and it is located in a residential area of ​​Antibes near the Hartung foundation and one of the largest Carrefour supermarkets.
the garden is a jewel designed by a landscaper; you will enjoy many hidden treasures.

You will be in contact with our agency located in the center of old Antibes. Someone will contact you to arrange an appointment to hand over the keys on site and show you around the villa when you check in.

##Notes

It is forbidden to smoke or light candles at any time, the area is very prone to forest fires and it is advisable to be very vigilant, as we control access for firefighters. No noisy parties, no shouting here we are in a residential area and the neighbors are very respectful of this, you will be in a haven of peace far from the turbulence of the beaches.
We thank you for using air conditioning or heating and electricity wisely, the house has large windows that can be opened to ventilate the rooms. Finally, sunscreen oils and other fatty products are banned from the swimming pool and deckchair mattresses. Use your pool towels and our outdoor solar shower right next to the pool is available for you to rinse off before entering.

The plancha is gas-powered, in case of replacement you have to go to the Carrefour hypermarket in the car park, there is a space dedicated to the bottle near the service station.

We will be happy to provide you with our addresses and good deals upon request. We are a stone's throw from the beautiful Hartung foundation, and one of the most beautiful hypermarkets in France, which sells local fishing, and seasonal fruits & vegetables, however we recommend the Provençal market in Antibes which is breathtaking , certainly a little less economical, your stay will be authentic, artistic and gourmet! Consult us!

The trash cans must be taken out every day if possible, to avoid ants and rodents, two large black and yellow municipal trash cans are placed at the top of the path for neighborhood use, please respect selective sorting. (Black for organic and yellow for paper and plastic).

Nothing is planned for glass but the city places sorting bins everywhere.

Don't forget to check that the shutters and bay windows are closed before passing through. We are in the south, one of the most visited regions of France and although our surveillance system is ultra efficient, it is not flawless.

Front door code to request, remember to type it in and remove it each time you enter or leave the property for prolonged periods or the surveillance system will contact us! :).

DEPARTURE Thank you for your trust, we hope that your stay was pleasant. Please place all towels if damp, in the bathtub and leave the sheets on the beds. Throw away any food from your stay, condiments, waste/bottles left in the municipal sorting bins before leaving the house.

Turn off the air conditioning, heating, electricity and faucets. and leave us a comment, we will do the same without any worries.

Key collection takes place between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Please contact our team no later than the day before your arrival to agree on a specific meeting time.
A person will then come on site at the agreed time.
However, if you wish to arrive outside these hours, please contact our team as soon as possible to see if an early or late arrival is possible.

Sheets are included in your reservation. A kit of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a tea towel, a bath mat and a roll of toilet paper will be on your arrival in the accommodation.

If you would like cleaning during your stay, do not hesitate to request a quote from our agency for this additional service.

There is no pool towels, coffee, cleaning products nor shampoo / soap upon arrival. There is a paper toilet roll per toilet upon arrival.
