Great apartment and location but it’s not as nice and clean as it looks in the photos. The shower was broken. I reported it and was told it would be fixed but it wasn’t. I’m sure this makes good money for the owner, but it would be good to see a commitment to regular maintenance at this price level. Bathroom lights also didn’t work and the couch was a bit grubby and needs an upholstery clean. Good overall but a few disappointments.
