New - Spacious, cozy holiday home in rural western Ruegen on two floors (85 m2) for 4 people (2 additional sleeping options, for example, for larger children in the cozy pointed floor (accessible via a ladder).

Modern country house kitchen and living area with large couch for lounging, TV and fireplace. 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 180x200cm and 140x200cm wide) on the gallery on the upper floor and mentioned pointed floor.

Exclusive, large bathroom with underfloor heating, tub, floor-level rain shower, towel dryer, toilet, urinal and washing machine; an additional guest toilet on the gallery. Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Sun terrace with wooden seating and awning, 2 loungers, garden. 2 parking spaces in front of the house.

Ganschvitz, a district of Trent, is located in the northwest of the island of Rügen, between Udarser Wiek and Breetzer Bodden on the way to Schaprode on the historic Heringsstraße. Since the beginning of the 14th Century, Trent was an important agricultural and commercial center. In the middle is the Romanesque church, which was built around 1400. There are many old manor houses in the vicinity. Classic excursion destinations such as Cape Arkona or the island of Hiddensee are not far away. A bus stop is within walking distance.

Wir hatte eine tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge auf Rügen oder auch Stralsund perfekt.Das Haus hatte alles, was man sich wünschen kann, war sauber und der Check-in klappte prima. Wir kommen gern wieder, klare Empfehlung!

Wir sind als Familie zu viert mit zwei Kindern verreist und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.Tolles Bad und sehr gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einzig das offene Schlafzimmer war eine Überraschung und gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus

Das Haus ist zwar direkt an einer Hauptstraße, innen ist es super leise, und der Garten hinten einfach zum relaxen. Grill (Weber Kugelgrill), Liegestühle, alles vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist super erreichbar und auch Frau Sabine die sich um die Sauberkeit kümmert, immer zur Stelle wenn man was braucht. Ein sehr schöner Post zum entspannen. Gerne wieder. Selbst Holz für den Kamin war da.Vielen Dank dass wir ihr Haus bewohnen durften.

Gemütlich und ruhig

Wir waren als Familie für ein paar Tage in Trent. Tolles Bad, geräumige Küche und Wohnzimmer Bereich. Kamin war toll. Grillen im Garten. Schlafzimmer ist offen, also früh sehr hell. Für uns hat es gepasst und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Nur 6km bis zur Fähre nach Hiddensee.

Super tolle Unterkunft

Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Nachbarin kümmert sich sehr gut um das Haus und die Bewohner. ;)

Urlaub auf Rügen

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sehr schön. Leider an einer Hauptstraße und morgens musste man die Fenster schliessen. Fahrradwege sind in der Nähe leider auch nicht vorhanden, so das wir mit kleinen Fahrradanfängern nicht fahren konnten.

Das Haus ist schön, gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die stark befahrene Verkehrsstraße nimmt man im Inneren des Hauses kaum wahr. Wer sich gerne selbst versorgt, sollte sich 1-2 Töpfe mitnehmen. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind zwar für bis 6 Personen angegeben, doch bis auf ein Zimmer alles offen gestaltet.

Na ja...

Das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Es war ordentlich und sauber und wir haben uns eigentlich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein no go ist, dass das grosse Schlafzimmer völlig offen zum Treppenhaus ist! Keine Tür, nicht mal ein Vorhang. Man liegt praktisch auf dem Präsentierteller. Was uns ärgert...es ist auf keinem Foto ersichtlich und in der Beschreibung auch nicht erwähnt! Warum nicht? Ein Schelm, der Böses dabei denkt!

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche! Das Wetter war super und wir haben die Strände der Insel erobert! Der Tag auf Hiddensee war auch sehr schön! Schiffsbuchung, Fahrradverleih hat alles gut geklappt Parken in Schaprode auf dem Grossparkplatz 4 € pro Tag ist im Vergleich zu anderen Parkplätzen auch noch moderat!

Bis auf die noch fehlenden Radwege zum Ferienhaus und zum Ort Trent( stark befahrene Straße) schöne Landschaft. Fast gut ausgeschilderte Radwege auf Rügen, einige Wege über Kopfsteinpflaster.

Hübsche Wohnung mitten auf Rügen

Mit meinem Mann und meinem 7 Monate altem Baby haben wir hier Urlaub gemacht. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer Schnellstraße, aber in der Wohnung selbst merkt man davon nichts. Ich hatte vorab schon gelesen, dass es mit dem Kinderwagen direkt vor der Tür etwas schwierig sein kann, da es keinen Gehweg gibt. Aber recht schnell gingen weitere Wege und Straßen ab, die für einen Spaziergang geeignet sind. Ansonsten waren wir auch sehr viel unterwegs und die Wohnung mit Garten eignet sich selbst auch als angenehmer Aufenthaltsort. Unser kleiner Stöpsel und wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns wurde sogar ein Babybett hergerichtet und die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir sind fast etwas traurig, dass das Wetter durchgehend zu schön war, um den Ofen anzumachen. Auch zum Grillen kamen wir leider nicht, obwohl wir auch vor Ort nochmal auf die Möglichkeit hingewiesen wurden. Check-In war unkompliziert. Für uns war der einzige winzige Negativpunkt, dass es im Haus, auch wenn man die Rollos runtermacht, nicht ganz dunkel wird. Mich stört das weniger, aber mein Mann schläft eigentlich sehr gern im Dunkeln. Das Bett war bequem und sehr praktisch fanden wir, dass es neben dem Bett gleich noch ein kleines Bad mit Toilette gab. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Jetzt erst mit Baby haben wir bemerkt, dass eine Küchenwaage noch praktisch gewesen wäre, aber das hatte bisher keine unserer gebuchten Wohnungen. Es war jedenfalls sehr schön für uns! Vielen Dank :)

Ruhig und kuschelig

Das Haus liegt kurz vor Trent. Leider hatten wir drei Tage Sturm sodass wir uns im Haus am Kamin warm gehalten haben. Außer das die Duschköpfe und das Waschbecken verkalkt waren,war alles in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand.tolle Ausstattung,netter Austausch und Hilfe mit der Hausverwaltung und auch sofortige Hilfe als der Sturm wasser durchs Fenster durchgedrückt hat. Gerne wieder

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ideales Haus für Leute, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Die Lage ist perfekt um Ausflüge auf Rügen oder nach Hiddensee zu machen. Im Haus ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Urlaub im Oktober

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Rügen im Oktober. Nicht klar, war uns die direkte Lage an der Schnellstraße. Die Lautstärke war unproblematisch, aber es gibt keinen Fußweg, also kurz ein wenig spazieren war kaum möglich. Darüber hinaus hat das Schlafzimmer keine separate Tür, was uns auf den Fotos nicht aufgefallen ist. Ansonsten sehr gemütlich und geräumig.

schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende verlebt, das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, allerdings gibt es nur ein separates Schlafzimmer, daher gibt es hierfür 1 Minuspunkt. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße, der Lärm hält sich aber in Grenzen.

Heizung

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Was sehr unverständlich war für uns, dass die Heizung im Haus auf Dauerbetrieb lief und nich reguliert werden konnte. Warmes Wasser gab es ab 7 Uhr. Etwas wenige Teelöffel waren vorhanden.

Wohnung südlich von Trent

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig außerhalb von Trent in einer DHH. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Für uns bot die Wohnung reichlich Platz.

Erholsam und wunderschönes Haus
