About this property

Our spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, a smart television in the living room with a soundbar and an electric fireplace. In this space, you will have a brand new queen sized bed in the master bedroom, a single daybed that easily turns into 2 beds in the second bedroom, and a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo and a 2 story vaulted ceiling provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful city view. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large portable air conditioning unit.

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that is 2 stories, has 2 bedrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!

The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.

Surprisingly Delightful

Our stay was wonderful! The person who showed us around in the beginning was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. The apartment has a very appealing layout and you don't hear too much city noise. It was in a great location next to a bunch of restaurants and not too far of a walk from the market.

Disappointed

I was disappointed with this stay. I was traveling to Seattle on business, and the checkin process was more burdensome than I was prepared for given the time that I had. The hosts are communicated, but in my opinion too much so. The property is fine but certainly not *dazzling* - it is dated, the walls need washing, and it is very cluttered. Location is nice, though, with restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the downtown business district.
