This vacation rental has it all and more! A great 3 bedroom home with remodeled kitchen and 2 refreshed baths. The backyard is your own private oasis with private pool, separate hot tub that is always heated at no extra cost, tiki bar with built in BBQ and outdoor fire pit. Two interior garage stalls with ping pong and dart board and plenty of driveway and side yard parking for vehicles and boats. The living room has brand new sectional, 65" flat screet tv to access all your streaming services, and brand new bluetooth speaker with wireless charging for your phones built in. Dining area has room for 6 with two more at the raised bar. Whole house Wifi with 500 mps.

MOST FAQ: Can I use the pool in the winter months? A: Although the pool has solar it only works best in April - October. In the winter months it is difficult for the solar to keep the pool warm due cold winter nights. However, the spa is heated year-round and set at 98 degrees.

The weather was too hot for the hot tub but we did set around the pool and really enjoyed the sunsets. We had a car we brought down for a car show and it was perfect to put it in the garage and plenty of room off to the side for the trailer. The house was very clean and comfortable - Definitely will be back

The host was very welcoming and communication was good. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the hot tub. Suggestions: The ceiling and wall around the bathroom air vent needs to be cleaned. The pool was advertised as heated and it is only heated by the sun so was not usuable. The tiki bar is in disrepair full of mouse or squirrel droppings - not usuable. The BBQ wasn't usable due to lack of cleaning and droppings.

Our stay was amazing. House is beautiful and backyard pool and hot tub were perfect. Short drive to shopping and restaurants. Also the London Bridge. Will definitely come back and hopefully stay longer.

Great Vacation

Enjoyed the stay at this property. I have been waiting all year for a vacation, and this property did not let us down. Between the house, pool, jacuzzi and Tiki bar there was no reason to leave. Great time relaxing during the heat of the day laying on the couch and swimming all night long. Can't wait to go back. The property manager was great at communicating and answering emails and text.

Exploring Lake Havasu City

House was the perfect getaway. Loved the backyard space and amenities. Kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked great. Plenty of parking outside and was convenient to park in the garage for loading/unloading. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything you needed but away from the noise. Enjoyed a day on the lake with a pontoon rental from Havasu Adventures, walked the bridge and enjoyed the Blue Chair and Makai restaurant was great for breakfast. Lots of walking and exploring. Enjoyed learning the history at the museum. The hike to S.A.R.A crack south of town was a highlight. Very nice park. Also enjoyed our visit to Oatman. Overall, a wonderful start to our Arizona experience! Thank you so much for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay at your home.

A lovely weekend getaway for fathers day

We visited for the 1 st time Father's day weekend and had such a lovely time. Jaime was such a great host all questions were answered in a timely fashion never waited long for a response. The home was very clean and cozy and came stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool all day and night the 1st night it was a perfect temp jacuzzi was so nice and relaxing jets puts you right to sleep. Father's day I rented a pontoon for the day and it was 8 mins away. The home is very close to anything you need Walmart, family dollar lots of fast food options a very convenient location. I would absolutely recommend this home and would definitely return with my family again.

A Perfect Retreat in Lake Havasu City

My husband and I very much enjoyed our 2 week stay in this lovely home. This cozy, clean and well equipped home is in a nice neighborhood and the beautifully landscaped backyard, complete with pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, grill and Tiki bar, was a wonderful bonus. Jaimie is a gracious host/owner who responded to our questions/requests promptly. We have stayed at a number of VBRO homes over the years and this one is by far our favorite.

Great multigenerational property!

We were there with our 85 year old Mom's, and this property was perfect, with walk in shower, and no stairs. Enjoyed a trip to the Grand Canyon, restaurants under London Bridge, Sunset cruise, trip to Oatman, and the casino.
