Welcome to Lakeside 1755, a 2,200 square foot, three-level townhome in the Lakeside community, a short walk from Deer Valley Plaza in the Snow Park area. Leather furnishings, a gas fireplace and even a piano make the living room a place to gather.

The Deer Valley Skier Shuttle will take you and your guests to and from Snow Park Lodge during your stay, making it easy to get to and from the slopes. It runs daily from 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m., and you can request a ride and track it in real time in the Deer Valley Direct app. A free Park City bus stop nearby connects you to Main Street and Kimball Junction.

With king and queen suites, a twin room and a loft with a sofa sleeper and desk, the home suits families and groups of up to eight.

Living Room (Main Level): Leather furnishings, a 50" TV, gas fireplace, piano and wall-mounted sound system, with a deck and gas grill just outside.

Nice Townhouse

Older property with all of the necessities to have a great stay. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens including pool towels and beach chairs.

Lovely stay at Lakeside Circle

This is a beautiful condo, nicely updated and very well stocked. the bed were very comfortable, sheets very soft and plush towels were plentiful. A great place for family to enjoy skiing, home cooking, movies and games. Thanks so much!

Great location, spacious, please buy cotton sheets!!!

Great location very close to the slopes at deer valley. The apartment was spacious, well organized and had generous appointment of kitchen utensils, well furnished. etc. Appreciated that soap and other utility items were furnished. Apartment was clean and orderly. However the shades and windows weee very dusty and the linens were synthetics blend which is really cheap for a luxury apartment stay.

Perfect Fit for Our Vacation

The location of this condo was so convenient. Just a 50 yard walk to a parking lot shuttle for Deer Valley skiing, 100 yard walk to the full park City Shuttle system and less than a mile walk into Park City main street. The condo was very comfortable, beds were comfy, the kitchen is well stocked. Showers worked well. Large dining room table to fit 8 comfortably. Two comfortable couches. The rental company was SUPER responsive. We shipped skis and boots, and all were at the condo when we arrived with no hassle. They were picked up after our trip, and they even had to tape up a box for me, which they said was no problem. We had a fire alarm that was beeping, and they came and replaced it within an hour. All in all, we would highly recommend this unit.

Surprisingly good location!

We were delighted to find out we could drop everyone in our party up at the mountain (DV) with all their gear (and the driver’s boots) and then the driver could go back to the condo, park and walk right back in 5 minutes - no walking in ski boots!

Friends at deer valley

We were walking distance to deer valley base, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. Great place for 7 adults.
