Beautiful remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished condo is ready for your Maui getaway. Enjoy dinner on the spacious lanai with the ocean views of Molokini and Kaho’olawe or a peaceful evening watching the picturesque Maui sunsets. Dine al fresco with the table and seating for two on the lanai.

As you enter the large sliding glass doors, find Pergo flooring throughout with Brazilian cherrywood finish. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and large breakfast bar with seating for 4. Beautiful Alder cabinets and well equipped with a generous array of cooking supplies for the chef. Kitchen amenities include coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher as well as cookware, plate ware and utensils.

At the end of each day, you can watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen Smart TV while relaxing on the comfortable sofa with the living room AC cooling throughout the unit. Stylish ceiling fans and customized window coverings add to your further comfort.

The cozy bedroom offers a plush Queen bed with luxurious linens and a flat screen Smart TV. The bedroom has plenty of storage and space with a recessed bed into the cabinetry. The bathroom is located just off the bedroom and has been nicely remodeled with updated custom quartz vanity and beautifully tiled walk-in shower as well as a portable AC to keep you cool at night.

Full size washer and dryer for your convenience makes for light packing. Other useful amenities include beach chairs, beach towels and parking all offered with compliments.

The Kihei Ali'i Kai is a wonderful property located just across the street from the best beach in Kihei; Kamaole Beach #1. This property is moments from shops, activities and restaurants and is a short drive from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. The property amenities include a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue grills for your use and new tennis courts. It is less than 2 blocks to local favorite Kamaole Beach #1 which has lifeguards and bathrooms. Enjoy the complex's pool and spa, stroll to nearby restaurants and shops, or pick up a few groceries at the local health food store (Hawaiian Moons) or the ABC convenience store.

Kihei Ali'i Kai Condo in Kihei, Maui

This is a very nice property with great amenities and view. Well located in the Kihei area, it is an easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. Only draw back we noticed and experienced is that it would be difficult for anyone with disabilities to access easily due to the placement of the elevator in relation to the unit and sets of stairs getting to the actual entrance of the condo itself. We were not aware of this when we booked.

Was really great place. Clean. Well furnished and everything needed for a day put at beach and picnic was available. Location was fantastic. Checkin process was very difficult though. The complex had alot of levels and zig zagging. So was extremely difficult to find the apartment from the parking while checking in. Took us 40 minuted to find the right apartment moving up and down the stairs carrying the stuff. The directions in the email were not enough.

Breathtaking views

View from Lanai makes it worth it on its own. Place was sparkling clean, kitchen was well stocked with high end appliances and such. Bed was comfy, and came with beach stuff we could borrow (chairs, towels, coolers, etc). Would def stay again!

This would not prevent me from renting this location again. Loved it!
