Condo with Ocean views from lanai, living room and kitchen. One bedroom (KING bed) , one bathroom (walk in shower), Lanai with seating to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views in South Kihei, Maui. Walk across the street to Kamaole II beach. Proximity to restaurants, shops, beaches , snorkeling, surfing and paddling all within easy walking distance. Beach necessities provided are beach towels, snorkel gear, small cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please see the washer to wash and dry on hot setting the day before you leave. This step tremendously helps the cleaning staff prep for next guests.
Please do this the day before so that the load is completely dry when our crew arrives to do the bedding etc. THANK YOU 😊
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely NO smoking in the condo or on the Kiehi Akahi premises. NO exceptions. Extra fines will be assessed for breaking this rule.
Use of the Window AC unit will be at a fee of $60/week. Please turn the AC off prior to checking out. Electric is VERY expensive on Maui.
