Business Stay In Monterey

I stayed at this property for a business assignment in Monterey. Booking, checkin, and communication with owner was flawless. This property was clean, appropriately furnished and in a quiet, safe and very convenient location. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely and quiet rental with great amenities. Comfortable for a one-month stay.

This is a lovely and quiet rental with great amenities, like the in-unit washer and dryer, top-floor location with balcony, and gym on the property. We really loved the location behind the Monterey Peninsula College - located on a hill in a quiet and safe neighborhood with access to beautiful morning walks on the college's track. The actual rental was very clean and simple, minimally decorated with all necessities provided. Our one issue was the WiFi - the rental didn't have a designated WiFi and used xfinity, which didn't work well anywhere but in the bedroom. With a couch and queen sized bed, I would also say that this rental would only comfortably fit 4 in certain circumstances, as the couch is quite small. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay! Yevgen and Nataliya were very responsive and accommodating to the best of their abilities.
