* A bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace.
* A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
* A laundry room equipped with a washing machine.

The terrace, accessible from the living room and the bedroom, is furnished with a dining table, a cosy seating area, and offers a breathtaking ocean view.
