House was as advertised and then some. Very charming home, plenty of ac units for comfortable stay. Front and rear porches were key. Plan on returning for annual golf trips.

Renter’s remorse
This house is in need of some serious TLC. It is in a state of serious neglect. Honestly embarrassed to have spent 360 for one night here.
Simple Comfortable Clean lodgings. Bethlehem has all the amenities of places like North Conway we were looking for without all the crowds and congestion.
This cabin is very cozy and warm, making it a great place to stay. It is conveniently located close to the ski resort, making access extremely easy. The host is very responsive and communicates quickly. While the house has some age, it is well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The essential amenities are all provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a great choice for a ski trip!
It was a quick stay. For 8 adults it was a little tricky to truly sleep 8, but for less than that or with kids it would be quite functional. Some of the lamps didn't work. We didn't receive check in info before we arrived, but they answered quickly, and we were able to get into the house in short order. It is an older house with a lot of personality. The area is nice, rek lis brewing was wonderful.
Communication with host was very poor. We did not get check in info until after 4:00pm after we messaged the host. We also requested WiFi info which we did not receive during the duration of our stay.
The house was not clean. Closets were filled with stuff. It was a creepy place.
Perfect getaway! We had everything we needed. It was very humid during our stay. There were plenty of fans for all the bedrooms. I did reach out to the host and David responded very quickly.
