Great Communication

Property was nice, quiet, away from the noise. We had 5 men stayong for work in the area. The house was nicely furnsihed wirh all the necessities l, everything worked well and communication was excellent. Thank you!

Pretty good overall

Overall worked well for our needs as a crash pad for the Daytona 500 weekend. Pros: House was large enough for our needs(9 people). Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Clean. Quiet location. Well priced. Cons: House was still being cleaned by owner until about 4:45 on check in day so we had to wait around to settle in. Listing does not state that grill is charcoal, and they don't provide it, so make sure to bring your own if you plan to use the grill. We had to go out and get some as owner did not offer to provide it despite the lack of notification in the listing.
