It's a one level ranch style home with a master bedroom with ensuite and his/her closet, a double bedroom with with private ensuite, and two additional bedrooms, all with premium bedding and TVs. The amenities include a multi room music system, exercise equipment, Bosch appliances, Weber grill, electronic bidets and EV charger. In the backyard you will find a lit heated pool, hot tub, natural grass, large trees, a putting green, basketball area, ping pong table, mist system, water fountain, multiple lounge areas, and a large table, among the many features. In addition, we provide folding bed and air mattress.

I'm an avid mountain biker, and the trails around Las Vegas are simple amazing, great for hiking and biking, from beginner to expert. The views are breathtaking. I love the contrast of the busy life in the strip and the the surreal silence and beauty of the mountains.

This property is built on a 1/2 acre land in a rural zone, which gives you absolute privacy. It is located 12 minutes from the strip and 15 minutes from the mountains.
What makes this property unique
This is a one level house located in a quite neighborhood not far from the Strip. It has plenty of spaces for entertaining and and a beautiful backyard.
