Summit View condo sleeps 5 comfortably and is within walking distance to golf course, coffee shops, large grocery store, and restaurants. There are 2 large bedrooms and a loft. It is an open concept living area which includes the full kitchen with a breakfast bar, the dining area and living area with a full wall of windows that open onto the deck and beautiful views. There is fast wifi, three tv's, a DVD player with movies, and balloon watching. The condo is located across the street from the 27-hole Pagosa golf course and just 5 minutes to the famous Hot Springs, boutique shops, and restaurants. There are the amenities of the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center, and the five private lakes that give the area its name – four of which are regularly stocked with bass and trout. It is also close to Wolf Creek Ski Resort and San Juan National Forest and the Weminuche Wilderness. There are trails for mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, and hiking. You can sit on the deck with coffee, hot chocolate, or a glass of wine and watch the sunrise or sunset and enjoy many of the wild animals such as fox, deer, geese, eagles, owls and more that have been spotted here.
There is no smoking, no pets, no trailer parking allowed, and the Pool and Recreation Center amenity use is available for a fee just three blocks away.

I recently stayed at this condo and it was exactly what we wanted! The property was accurately described, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was also conveniently located next to a lot of great food options. I would definitely recommend this condo to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. This was our first time in Pagosa Springs and this place didn’t disappoint. We definitely want to book this place again.

Very much enjoyed this beautiful condo. The view from the living room with the mountains was just spectacular. Everything was well appointed and everything that we need. Would certainly recommend this to others and look forward to coming and staying here again.

The condo was great… the views out the back windows are fabulous. The kitchen is small but fully stocked with everything you need. The condo was very clean. The property manager was easy to communicate with and quick with responses. The location is great- close to the grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops.

Fully stocked with spices, paper products, fresh condiments, and we were met with a gift of a spaghetti dinner and a bottle of wine. The mountain view is incredible with beautiful sunrises. Spring Break Skiing

Perfect condo for our family of 5. Last minute each daughter invited a friend so there were 8 of us. Everyone had space on a bed. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook if that’s your thing, but on vacation I prefer eating out. There are quite a few restaurants within minutes of the condo, not to mention a grocery store & Walmart. I definitely recommend this condo. It was clean & fully equipped with a washer/dryer.

Quite area

The area that the property was in was a very quiet area, neighbors were quiet, and the neighborhood was quite so you can enjoy the peace of being away from home. There were hot air balloons going over every morning that reminded me of my childhood when they would be going over our house every weekend. We were looking for someplace not so close to people so we might look at another location to stay next time if we stay near Pagosa Springs, we wanted to get further away from people and apartment style living for the week but overall, the place was very clean and ready for us when we got there, they had plenty of kitchen items for us to cook whatever we wanted to cook and is very close to many restaurants and stores. Over all it was a great place to stay.

This is such a great location for so many fun opportunities. It allows families and friends to stay in a great place. I love having family and guests come from all over and want to provide a nice place to stay.

What makes this property unique

There are lakes and rivers nearby for fishing, boating, river tubing, water skiing, snorkeling and scuba diving and more! There is the National Forest and the Weminuche Wilderness for hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sledding, etc. Wolf Creek Ski Area is about twenty minutes away. There are the natural Hot Springs in the town, and the river that runs through the town has other natural springs all along it. We have seen a lot of wildlife just sitting on the deck. This is a wonderful place to live or visit.
