Wonderful place to stay!

Our family enjoyed our weekend stay. It was a clean house with several items provided to add to our family's comfort. It is a huge bonus that the house is pet friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay with the pups! The house was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the well-fenced yard. Stayed for a wedding in Lyons and would happily stay again.

Mead Family Get-away

Lovely, clean and modern home. Nice, quiet neighborhood in rural Northern Colorado. Yet it is close to various cities that we visited: Boulder, Longmont, Fort Collins and Denver. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I had a great experience staying at this Vrbo from beginning to end. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, the place was very clean and up to date. The surrounding area was very quiet so i was able sleep peacefully with my family. Overall I absolutely give this Vrbo excellent ratings!!!!

Very nice, clean house.

The back yard is great for dogs. The house was clean and comfortable. The Keurig machine didn't work but the mini coffee pot was sufficient. Quiet street, quiet neighborhood. Great place, great price.

Great house

The house is exacly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. My only complaint is that it's a bit out of the way, so we had difficulty getting Uber to pick us up. Lyft worked better, for some reason. But we would stay here again, for sure.

Comfortable Stay in Immaculate Home

We were a group of four adults with a dog. The house was in immaculate condition when we arrived. For us, there was sufficient room and the beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked well. The kitchen was functional with a separate dining room. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable, with a nice size park. The location was ideal for us as we were about 10 minutes from our son's home in north Longmont. Also, easy to get to Rocky Mountain National Park. Yanet was very responsive to any questions I had.

Nice clean home

We had a great trip. The host responded to messages very quickly and was helpful. Home was very clean. I would recommend hand towels and a rack to hang towels on. That is the only thing I wished It had. There isn’t much to do in mead as far as getting something to eat you had to travel to Longmont or Loveland. But this was a central location for the events we were doing so it worked out. The neighborhood is nice and has a walking trail as well.

The house was not properly cleaned when we arrived: coffee pot had coffee grounds in it and had not been cleaned, one toilet had been used and not flushed or cleaned, bathtubs had hair in them, we swept the floor because most of the hardwood floors were dirty, countertops had crumbs on them, an open trash bag and the cleaning supplies tray was in the garage next to the door into the house and had not been put in the garbage can or put away, there was no dishwasher detergent to run the dishwasher, and the main bedroom has a significant carpet stain (water?). The Owner/agent did offer to send the cleaners back to the house but we had just driven 9 hours and did not want to have to leave the house while they cleaned it properly, so we cleaned what we could ourselves. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO's and it is rare to have a house not properly cleaned.

What we booked wasn't what we got!

It was very odd that we booked the 4th of July through the 7th, paid for it, got confirmation 3 days out that we were booked the 4th-7th and then were told at the last minute that VRBO messed up and we no longer could stay on the 4th. Very disappointing.

This is a great property, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It worked out great for our family to drive to destinations that we wanted to visit and then come back to home base each evening.

Perfect house in Mead/Longmontt

Clean, well-maintained property just a few minutes from Longmont, and about 25 minutes from Boulder. Proximity to grocery stores, trails, lakes, and Longmont was great. Would definitely stay there again!
