No beach parking needed, leave your car at the house and walk. Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise or sit on the sand to watch the sunset. When the day is over relax on the most comfortable couch around.

Escape to the Coastline, where you can catch your Second Wind at this 4BR Beach Cottage in Niantic! Get away from it all and enjoy a PRIVATE beach, ONLY 600ft TO the SAND. Boasting a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio & grill. This beach cottage is the perfect spot for a get away. If you HAVE to work, we have high speed WiFi & a small office setup. After a long day at the beach or exploring the town enjoy an outdoor shower, grilll on the patio & rest on a Tempurpedic or memory foam mattress.

Windows need 2 hands to slide back / forth to open/close and latch. If you open a window, pls FULLY latch it when you exit so water doesn’t get in.
