Recently renovated year round beach house at Chapman Beach. There is plenty of room with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, large enclosed front porch, fully equip kitchen with SS appliances, granite countertops and large outdoor patio. Short walk to private beach. Enjoy all the local attractions great dining and shopping in Westbrook, Old Saybrook, Essex, Chester. Note: 2 night minimum, 7 night minimum during summer.
