Two adjoining cottages that can be combined: "Angie" (110m²) and "Coron" (40m², raised ground floor and first floor). "Angie" opens onto a beautiful living area with a dining room seating 11-13 people, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for sharing delicious meals with family. A traditional filter coffee maker and a pod coffee machine are available. This section also features three very comfortable and spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor: the Émeraude suite with a queen-size bed; upstairs, the Ternay suite with a double bed (140x200cm); and the Pilat family room, which comprises two adjoining bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (180cm), the other with three single beds (90cm), and a bunk bed. "Coron" features a living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a lounge with a sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (180cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Nestled between the Loire and Ardèche rivers, in the heart of a peaceful country hamlet, you'll be charmed by the tranquility of the surrounding nature. Discover this delightful and authentic 18th-century stone farmhouse, steeped in history and carefully restored and decorated by the owners. "Le Chant de l'Eau" (The Song of the Water) is a combination of two adjoining cottages, offering a cozy stay for small groups. Here you'll find charm and a relaxing atmosphere.
