Located in the town of Arzon, the apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the town and its shops, as well as the port of Crouesty appreciated for its shops, entertainment and restaurants. Both are within walking distance, as are the Gulf trails. Many beaches (Fogeo beach, Port Navalo beaches) are also accessible by bike.

The apartment is located on the second and last floor (with lift) of a secure residence, built in 2024, and has an underground parking space and a bicycle room.

With a surface area of 95m², it consists of a large bright living room opening onto a 35m² terrace with an unobstructed view of the port, a fitted kitchen open to the living room, three double bedrooms (one with private shower room), a second shared bathroom, a laundry room with washer-dryer, and two toilets. Large cupboards in all bedrooms and in the hallway.

RV à l'heure fixée, par une personne tant compétente que sympathique, superbe appart illuminé est - sud - ouest, aménagé simplement avec gout et attention. wifi suffisante pour les vacances. pour les transports bien placé mais retours de Port Navalo compliqué en après midi.
