Absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath in award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground!! Newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen!! This gorgeous home is located on a quiet cul de sac, with a very large porch with screens that can be rolled down for shade, a gate at the top of the stairs for small children, and is perfect for sunset views!! Beautiful granite throughout the kitchen, cathedral ceilings, and truly the perfect layout for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath! 1 King, 1 queen, 1 full bed.
Parking for 4 cars easily, and parking for 3 golf carts if needed... and a very short distance to the ocean!
Your check in process will be effortless, all information needed to get your vehicle registered early so you can drive directly to the property without having to stop and wait at the main office, will be taken care of immediately. Our main goal is for your much awaited vacation to be smooth, easy and most enjoyable!!
A (1) golf cart is available for rent to anyone over the age of 25. No one under 25 Is allowed to drive the rental cart, if you have anyone under 25 years old that would be eligible to drive, you can always rent a cart through ocean lakes. A charcoal grill is provided as well.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
**No loud/vulgar or obscene music or language allowed!
**Must be 25 years of age to rent in Ocean Lakes and must be present the entire stay
**NO PETS ALLOWED
**Parking pass required-$15/night/vehicle... Express passes $12/night/vehicle if purchased prior to 10 days of arrival.
Families only/no partying....all rules must be observed
**LINENS INCLUDED::
All bedding (sheets, pillowcases, towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and bath mats), 12 bath towels, 12 washcloths, kitchen towels and bath mats.
**Please remember to bring:
Beach chairs
Beach towels
paper goods
Any personal items
coffee pot is Keurig and regular
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house was very neat & clean. It was equipped with a wheelchair lift which we needed for our son. Cindy was great! She addressed all my questions & made herself readily accessible to me from the time we booked until we checked out. We would absolutely book with her again.
