Went to see the Hoosiers play in the Peach Bowl and found this 2 bedroom apartment. The place was very central to the stadium and all activities. The property manager was super responsive to any request we had. Everything in the unit seemed brand new and it was spotless.

Really neat facilities. Apartment was a gem. The only downside was we got lost a lot at first and we couldn't find any coffee cups in the unit, despite a really nice coffee display by the host. :) 40 a night to park, but if you use the Iparkit app it's cheaper and you get in and out privileges. It can be loud at night outside, but that's just a function of being downtown. It's connected to the Hilton and you can easily access the Hilton lobby without going outside. The host was really responsive and the place was beautiful and very clean. The public amenities at the apartment are beautiful and neat, as well. We loved our stay.

I highly recommend both the space and the host. The place is spotless, newly renovated, and connected to the downtown Hilton which makes getting Ubers, etc extremely easy. Shelly is absolutely the best. She went above and beyond to make our stay easy and effortless. While there is no dedicated parking spot the large public lot connected to the building always had plenty of spaces and easy in and out access. The unit is exactly as pictured. Again - spotless with new furnishings, flooring, and appliances. They gym was very good as well - spinning bikes, free weights, treads, etc. I would 100% stay here again.

The was no check in or check out details or communication before hand, no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. Pay attention to the no free parking under all amenities, we missed it or it was added later. Host did check in on us and reminded me on Saturday night that checkout was at 11 am when were booked until Monday and said her granddaughter would meet us to get the key back at 11.

Overall the stay was great despite a few hiccups in the beginning. The description of the property do not mention parking. I had to message the host prior to arriving regarding parking. Parking can be paid 2 different ways. Through the park it app or by card at the place. There is NO free parking even staying at the apartment. We arrived after 4 & the key wasn’t in the lock box because the clean up lady was still “cleaning” & had a baby with her. She came down to get us and walk us upstairs to the apartment and said she wasn’t finish setting everything up. We told her it was fine we were on a time crunch because of the inconvenience when we arrived. After this. The stay was flawless and the place is immaculate. Great view of the city for sure.
