Needle Rush Point Condominiums is a rustic Perdido Key resort that extends from beachfront to riverside, giving you options for your gulf coast getaway. You'll enjoy 2 pools, one Beachside and the other outdoor pool just across the street on the Bayside. Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find 2 Docks and On-Site Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. NO Grills, electrical, gas, or charcoal, allowed at the condo. (this is grounds for eviction).
3. This resort is Smoke-Free. No Smoking in condo, on balcony or common areas.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great location. Walk to Flora Bama & short drive to the Wharf Amphitheater. Not over crowded like the bigger condos. Private beach!!

Bring your own trash bags and beach towels.

Location, beach access and pool were very nice. The condo was a little dated with bedroom doors that stick and the sliding door lock did not function. With a full kitchen, only one trash bag was provided. There were no beach towels and specific instruction not to take bath towels to the beach.

Tranquility needed.

The property was just what was needed. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful. When we 1st arrived the patio door would not lock, reported and was fixed right away. On our last day we discovered that the dryer would not heat, after washing a load of laundry. Called and reported and never heard back.

Loved the stay...miss my jacket

Everything was perfect except that after I got back home and asked for them to send my red jacket, accidently left in the condo, there was no response or communication of any kind. I understand that you're in the rental business, not sending lost items. But it left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. It felt like--you have my money, now I'm not important anymore and you're on to bigger fish. However, this isn't the first time I've stayed at Needle Rush and I'll be returning.

The sunrise/sunset views from the balcony are worth their weight in gold! We had the best family vacation and absolutely loved B13! The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home and the beds were super comfy! We are already planning our summer and fall return trips!!!

Perfect, perfect, perfect!

This property, condo and private beach were as beautiful and well kept as displayed in the pictures!! Comfortable beds, good showers and very clean!! We had one incident with the Needle Point Rush property manager (we were blamed for trash bags being left on the front porch) but the rental company manager helped to rectify it and was handled well. Outside of this, it was a perfect stay and would absolutely love to come back again!!

Heaven on the beach

This condo was the best we have stayed at in the past 10 years! The property is right on the beach and the walk to the pool and beach was perfect for small children! And the beach was no over crowded with huge condo crowds! 10/10 will definitely be staying here every time we go to the beach! Customer for life!
