Brightly decorated & very clean 2 bed/2 bath 1st FLOOR condo, w/ handicap ramp access if need be. Literally a stone's throw to the beach & Atlantic Ocean. Also very close to many of OC locals' favorite bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. You won't have to be hassled with lugging all your stuff for a long walk to the beach, you are RIGHT THERE! Rinse off w/ outdoor shower beach side of building *Please be advised sheets and towels are not provided. You will need to bring your own.
