A table and chairs provide comfortable dining space. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, internet access, television, and board games. French doors open onto the balcony, which is approximately 6 sq m (65 sq ft) and can be used for dining. A shower room with a single sink is located in the apartment. Separate WC. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms arranged as follows: The first with a double bed (140cm) and storage. The second with a queen-size bed (160cm) and storage. The residence has a bicycle storage room where you can store your bicycles at your own risk. Parking is available on the street. Pontaillac beach sets up the Mickey Club during the summer (see the Town Hall for more information). The Pontaillac area is lively with shops, restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, and a bakery.
