NYC comfort on a wooded private lake retreat
If you are a nature lover and like comfort then this place is for you.
Former home of the Martin Van Buren hunting lodge and then more recently, the Hudson Boys Club.
26 private acres with 1500 feet of lakefront: swimming, kayaking and fishing - bring your fishing rod! You might be lucky and catch a good bass!
400 sf bungalow w/ 200 sf patio (ideal for eating out!). Open loft style living: bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining.
Drive down the 0.25 mile private driveway and entered into a time that has been long forgotten.
Spring-fed Lake gracing large white swans. Beautiful trees.
Please note: There is also a pet fee , $30 per pet per night
