Accommodations were great. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and cooking items. Beach items and LSV were also great. This was our first time staying in 30A and definitely recommend.

We had a double family vacation and loved this place so much! The golf cart gave an easy 5 min ride to the public beach access. The pool was great for a rest day. The home was so clean, beautiful, and stocked with all the right things! We appreciated all the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. Will absolutely book again!

This was a wonderful place that accommodated our group nicely. The LSV and bikes were used frequently, and all the beach equipment came in handy. The kitchen was stocked nicely as well. Great neighborhood and location! Plenty to do for all ages and personality types! Relaxation, adventure, sight-seeing, shopping, dining in surrounding area! Thanks!

A week in paradise

We loved this property and location! The golf cart and bikes were so nice to have. We biked to the sea towns of Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach- and took the golf cart to Seaside. The property owner/manager is so communicative! He suggested Deer Lake Park for us, and it was the beach we loved the most. I can’t say enough good things about this property! Clean, perfect location, everything we needed. We will be back for sure!

Ivybridge is a WINNER

We had a great time during out stay. The home was clean and well stocked with basics (seasonings, basic cleaning supplies, beach items, and laundry detergent). The home is clean and welcoming and I would definitely stay again. Please note one of the bikes need repair but other than that everything was perfect.

Fall Break Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Steve was very helpful, with many great suggestions of things to do in the area. We loved the state park beach. It was beautiful and close to the condo. The pool was perfect and heated to perfection for October temps. The condo had everything we needed with plenty of room for our family. We also found a fabulous coffee shop, called Beachy Bean, just down the street that was delicious and so much fun for the whole family. We highly recommend this condo.

We have everything you need, from cooking, and dinnerware, to board games, bikes, and a golf cart to get you around the area. We are just a two-minute walk from the enormous pool and fitness area, and 3 minutes from the amazing HUB for dining and libations!
