The house is walking distance to Amador City and the two cute wineries in town, the pizza place, and the hotel. The house was comfortable and cozy. We used the Brits, the Keurig, the microwave and enjoyed playing games around the kitchen table and watching a movie on the tv. The bedrooms were comfortable for 2 couples to stay. The pillows were nice and comfortable. The communication with our host was great for anything we needed.
We absolutely loved this house! It was in a perfect location as we were visiting Amador Wine Country.
Plenty of space, towels, etc.
We would definitely book again!
Very nice quite community. We loved our stay. There is only one TV in the property and with kids/teens it was a family bonding experience. Love the scenery and neighborhood animals, lime the wild Turkeys
Stay was very nice . Owner communicated excellent and very nice and informative. Only thing I feel people should know you miss be comfortable skilled driver to stay at this home . The drive at night is super dark on winding narrow dark mountainous roads . But once there - beautiful view . Home is clean . No tvs in bedrooms but comfy and clean . Kinda small but nice for family bonding
This home was just that - home! An absolutely cozy and comfortable place to relax and unwind after a day of adventures in Amador County! Sondra is the hostess with the mostess! Nothing you could want or need that wasn’t available! Very caring that your experience was the best! We will be back and share with family and friends!
Sondra, thanks for a five star experience!!
This property was one of the best we have stayed. Very clean, well equipped, we wanted for nothing. Sondra the owner was very accommodating, providing a Birthday surprise that was really sweet.
We would highly recommend this property.
Came for our daughter’s 21st! Really close to all the great foothill wineries. Place was clean, quiet cul-de-sac, and lots of seating areas, outside and in. We’ll stocked, except for Pyrex pan, but that’s it! Left a bottle of good wine, cookies and balloons for our birthday girl! Very nice touch. Coffee kureg had lots of choices. No complaints. Young and old loved the stay. Highly recommended.
We loved this beautiful house. The atmosphere was perfect for a long wine tasting weekend. What a scenic area for nice hilly walks, followed by relaxing on the cozy porch. check in and out couldn’t be simpler and the property manager responded promptly for any of our needs. Definitely recommend this charming property. We will be back.
Perched at the back of a quiet little street you will find this darling house tucked up on a small hill. There is a wonderful porch with pocket views of the hills and surrounding neighborhood to enjoy while sitting out on the couch or dining al fresco. Once we we were through the door we were pleased to find that the main room was very generous and full of natural light. Everything was spotless and well appointed. We were visiting for Thanksgiving, so it was going to be a little bit of a juggle to cook in an unfamiliar rental kitchen. Thankfully the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed and more.
There were plenty of extra linens and comfortable beds for the family. The owner was very thoughtful about the set up and went out of her way to make us feel welcome with nice local wine and cold drinks in the refrigerator.
We loved walking to downtown Amador City from this sweet location and we look forward to our next stay!
Cute home in a quaint little town. Peaceful and a wonderful proximity to wineries and great food. The home was clean and had a well stocked kitchen if you are staying in cooking. If it hadn’t been so rainy or cold, the covered porch is a fabulous retreat. This home had sold recently and had new owners. Sondra, was a fantastic communicator and worked with us on the re-booking and every one of our needs/requests. Be aware that there is a steep driveway and multiple stairs to enter the home.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s location is perfect for day trips to Sutter Creek, Jackson, wine tasting and Plymouth. This house is very comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need.
