View of lake from kitchen and porch. Pelican Bay amenities included, tennis beach restaurant and fitness center. Second floor unit with two Bedrooms, two bathrooms and den, 1,740 Sq Feet. One reserved outside parking space and additional guest spaces (owners car remains in garage). Large wall mounted Smart TV in living room. Pelican Bay and Condo must approve a minimum months lease, tenant credit check by Condo Association, lease registration charges apply.

Pelican Bay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Bay. Stewart showed us his condo upon our check in & communicated with us throughout our stay to make sure we knew what the community had to offer. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us as we like to play tennis and frequent the beach.
