The Tuscany Condominium is a tranquil and private community located in the well established and lushly landscaped upscale community located in the Vineyards, one of the best community to spend your time, in the heart of North Naples, where amenities are within 5 min walk and beach is a 10 min drive.
The community features a beautiful heated pool, sauna and club house all in a short path walk from the condo. Scenic 5 mile walk/bike trail and public tennis courts are within the community and it is also a short drive (4 miles) to white sand beaches, shops and fabulous upscale restaurants. The community is perfectly suited for couples and seniors looking to get away for the winter!
This main level condo has been freshly painted, cleaned and is well maintained. The unit has been elegantly re-decorated with neutral hardwood style tiles throughout its spacious main living area. The condo comes fully furnished with everything from beach supplies, towels to a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee (unit hosts both Keurig and Nespresso machines) on the comfortable and relaxing lanai which over looks a gorgeous water fountain. The two bedroom/ two bathroom with a den condo comes with two king size beds and a queen memory foam hide-a-bed should extra sleeping accommodations be required. Front- load laundry facilities are located within the unit. Designated free carport space and ample guest parking is available. Cable, phone and Wi-Fi are included.
The community is located less that 30 minutes from Marco Island and Fort Myers Airport.
All Guests will be subjected to a HOA checks before stay.

A gem, home away from home

Felt like home. Very comfy and cozy. Neighborhood property is absolutely beautiful and lush with flowering trees and greenery.
