This place is a hidden gem,with its private covered porch, beautiful views overlooking the city below, seasonal pool (Memorial day through Labor day),& serene location. All this, located in the heart of the prestigious Sandia Heights North neighborhood. Nestled next to the Sandia Tram, at an elevation of 6,550 feet, it offers breathtaking views of the city below, the five volcanoes, and the surrounding mountains. You can see the Tram from the property. Sit & enjoy your coffee or dinner, while watching the beautiful sunsets or viewing the city day or night. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor area, get a bit of peaceful relaxation, look out at the stars or out upon the city of Albuquerque.
Ride the Sandia Tram to an elevation of 10,378 ft. Have lunch at the summit, at the Ten 3 restaurant, with its' spectacular views. There are numerous hiking, biking, walking trails in the area. You can even start your hike right from the property, located on a quiet neighborhood street. Beautiful picnic areas are just minutes away. A 5 min drive to I-25 or the Sandia Casino Resort, 45 min to Santa Fe. It's a great place to start your trip to Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Taos, or Los Alamos. It's a great starting point for a day trip such to the Turquoise Trail Scenic Byway, or a drive to the Sandia Crest.
