Before you leave there are a few things I needed to ask you:
You can leave your bed unmade
No need to put the trash out
Leave AC at 75 degrees
Make sure to wash any dishes you may have.
If you used the e-bikes make sure they are charging.
If you used the grill make sure to throughly clean it, our cleaning crew will charge extra if they need to clean it. ($10)

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the home as soon as I parked in the driveway. All the trees and plants gave the house such a vibe. This is house is definitely for the ones who appreciates nature.
What makes this property unique
As soon as you arrive at the property you feel the vacation vibes... it reminds me of Costa Rica with all the surrounding nature and mature trees. The house is completely covered by the vegetation native of Florida like Oak trees, long leaf pine tree and bromeliads. It feel really private, even though it is a Duplex both sides are separated by a lot of vegetations. The only shared amenity is the laundry room.
