Hi James, I'm sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet your expectations. It seems the construction activity nearby, which was mentioned in the listing, might have impacted your experience. The project will have many different stages of the next year or so and urge any potential guests to inquire more about the ongoing condition of the area. Some days it is loud, other days it is nonexistent. Unfortunately we do not have a schedule of their project. We have the unit discounted to hopefully make up for any disturbances. Also, we'll take note of your feedback regarding the linens and towels, as it's the first time we've received such comments. Regarding the kitchen equipment, we'll certainly look into updating some items, especially since we recently replaced the fridge and a few others. Despite these issues, many guests have found this unit to be delightful and conveniently close to the beach. It's disheartening to learn that you didn't share the same sentiment. Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we'll do our best to address them to ensure a better experience for future guests.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Regarding the ongoing construction project, we acknowledge the noise disturbances and have transparently disclosed this in our listing. Additionally, we take cleanliness seriously and will address the issues you raised with our cleaning team. I am a bit confused as to why are looking under the bed and stripping it down to the mattress but we have since had this unit deep cleaned and upgraded the kitchen equipment. Your insights are valuable to us, and we will use them to enhance the experience for future guests.
