Seaside house

This peaceful old house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends.
Facing south, its garden and terrace will allow a rest or sunbathing session in peace! If, on the other hand, you prefer something more festive then this is the perfect place for a good aperitif whether at home or by the sea (1min walk).

It consists of a classic entrance and an entrance from the garden followed by a very bright living room with sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table and a TV. On the living room side a dining table for 4 people.
The kitchen is open there is everything you need to cook, gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine. You have of course at your disposal crockery (cutlery, glasses, plates, dishes)
The first bedroom consists of a double bed (160*190), a laundry room and a storage cupboard. The second bedroom has a double bed (140*190), a storage cupboard and a French window overlooking the garden.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink with storage drawers and a washing machine
The toilet is separate.

The little extras,
- The beach of Les Pesquiers is not even a 1min walk away, the eastern exposure is perfect for sunrises or moonrises (for breakfast or aperitif)
- The port of Hyères is a little less than 15min walk, possibility to get there via the seaside or 4 min by car
- Bus stop 4min walk to get to the city side or La Capte, Giens, Madrague, Almanarre beach, fondue tour (Departure for the islands of Porquerolles, the Levant, Port cros)
- Giens and the Port du Niel 8 min by car (access to the coastal paths for beautiful walks facing the sea)
- Parc des Chevaliers 15min by car
- Almanarre beach 7min by car
- La Capte and its beach are 4min by car
- The Ayguade and its beach are 8min by car
- Les Salins and its beach are 12min by car
- The airport 10min by car
- Hyères and its historic centre (castle, park st Bernard, villa Noailles) are 20/25min by car

There are many markets, don't hesitate to go there especially in season
- Les Salins:
on Monday mornings, place des pêcheurs, boulevard Eole (last Monday of June, until the end of August)

- Summer nights at the port
Every evening from 1 July to 31 August from 6.30 pm to midnight, main quay of the port and port la gavine

Thank you in advance for leaving the place in perfect condition
otherwise the deposit will be retained. The house is non-smoking but there is no problem smoking on the terrace or garden.
