There’s no ac in the unit. This is an important detail and one that should be listed. We rented for 40 nights so I could be close to the cancer clinic. When we first went in, it was clean. The windows have to stay open for air so it got dusty fast. There were some bugs also because the windows have to stay open. We went in and out over the course of a few days trying to figure out how to make it work for us since we had paid for it, but we couldn’t. It was too hot and loud. It’s not an area where you want to keep the windows open due to the noise. We never slept in there. The host was not helpful. Overall, the layout isn’t bad. That’s about the only positive I can say for this property.

Great place close to the ocean

It was as advertised and the instructions were emailed and made it easy to get in. The place was clean. It could have used another roll of toilet paper. Overall we were satisfied with the experience.

Instructions on parking spots unclear, no hot water only luke warm, place must be ok during the summer! No heater! Place was like a ice box, we ended up leaving 2am instead.

Perfect beach getaway

Listing exactly as described. One block from the beach, two blocks from the nearest park and fair. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time here!
