Beautiful and Quiet Spot

Great cozy home that was fantastic for two couples. Close enough to everything and Kevin made our check-in process seamless. Would stay again!

Beds are soft. Heat pumps in bedrooms were great. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Wonderful location - close to everything. Had everything you need. Nice big TV.

We had a comfortable stay. The place was very clean but a bit small. The neighborhood is older but located centrally to get around San Diego. We would stay here again. Its a perfect place to stay if you have a busy weekend planned.

Place was clean and easy to access! But if you plan to have someone sleep on the couch definitely bring an extra blanket.

The place was cute and perfect size for what we needed. We could not open the windows to the bathroom or bedrooms, there was a terrible pee smell outside that permeated the inside. After a day of having all the windows closed the smell went away. Overall, not a bad place just unfortunate for the smell.

great place for four guests!

Our stay was very nice! We arrived during the night so it made it a little difficult to first find the house, as it was dark and we were unfamiliar with the area, but during the day its very visible. The house is very cute and cozy with working appliances, pots and pans, and more. The neighborhood itself was okay. In terms of location, you will need to Uber or rent a car to go to most attractions. Overall, we loved the space itself, appreciated the host's recommendations, and would stay there again if we return to San Diego!

had to get help from site as I wanted confirmation of keyaccess at least 24 hrs prior. we were traveling cross country in car so internet and phone reception was sketchy. we were attending a funeral and i was already in panic mode. received key access code, house address by late morning on day of stay. bathroom sink was stopping up

Cons: Checking in at 5pm house should have been clean. Picture shown look like pictures from when the house was posted on site. Couches were and carpet were dirty. There was a mildew smell may be from mini split. Ants on bathroom floor. Back yard patio had a lot of spider webs. Sharp floor tile in living room not kid friendly. Area where house is a little rough. Back gate being held by zip ties. Pros close to beach and Sesame Street Place. Communication could of been better with host.

WE LOVED IT !

EASY COMMUNICATION !!very easy to check in ! very clean !! it gave us home vibes 🥰we also loved how there were waters in the fridge for us as well as ice, seasonings, snacks , breakfast, coffee, etc! all we need to do was bring ourselves! rooms r very comfortable! loved the ac ! loved loved loved the shower and mirror with LED lights ! We r def booking again with Kevin !!! WE APPRECIATE U SOOOO MUCH KEVIN 😁❤️we WILL be back !!!!
